Petar Obad and Ilane Tinchant will create a unique gastronomic experience at Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik as part of Taste the Mediterranean.

Tinchant, Chef of L’Oursin, recently earned his first Michelin star, while Chef Obad brings a deeply personal interpretation of the culinary heritage of Croatia’s south.
